This update significantly expands Command Vessel support and fixes several fleet, garrison, combat, and travel issues. Command Vessel IntegrationThe Command Vessel is now treated much more consistently as a real ship across the game. Command Vessels can now join regular garrison missions.They can reinforce planets, moons, stations, and outposts.They can be deployed to and recalled from station and outpost garrisons.Command Vessel-only deployments and recalls are supported where applicable.Station and outpost interfaces now display docked Command Vessels.Allied garrison overviews now show attached Command Vessels.Command Vessels count toward station and outpost garrison capacity.Their cargo capacity, fuel usage, speed, research, modules, and commander bonuses are now included in relevant mission calculations.
