Added a new Dojo level with a fresh environment and a new Public Dojo. It also features a calm new background track and plenty of training dummies for practicing combat.Fixed a combat synchronization bug where connected clients could not properly register hits during high-speed movement. Hits should now register correctly.Fixed a Firebird Jutsu bug where connected clients could sometimes have the Jutsu end automatically. This should no longer happen.Overhauled the Fireball Jutsu. It now travels at 2× the previous speed, along with several underlying changes to make it more effective and reliable in combat.Dev Note: Collision issues are still present and haven't been addressed yet. They will be worked on in the upcoming patches.
