Update 1.1.6! UI Animations! — Colonials Programme Steam update #263697

Hello! This is just a particularly quick update to the game. After implementing the Codex update, I've realized that the game's UI was pretty static. So, I got inspired to create some new animations for various UI elements. If you check out the game now, you will see that the building, element and essential panels will do a little flipping animation whenever you toggle between them. Also, the info panels will pop in and out whenever you click on a machine. So hopefully, the game feels a little more lively now! Sorry about the lack of content, but I just haven't been able to get into the mood of developing recently. I promise that I will try to continue working on the expansion moving ahead!
