Update Notes for V1.02 — T-Minus 30 Steam update #271634

- Fixed sound sliders issue where anything less than full volume was really quiet. - Fixed mouse over water tile text which referred to Water Filter instead of Metal Synthesizer. - Fixed Reclamation Site placement text which referred to Ruins instead of Skyscraper. - Fixed issue where you could not place a Water Pump on a shoreline tile next to a Bridge or a Metal Synthesizer. - Improved Energy Transmitter and Water Tower text to make it clearer that they must be placed *adjacent to* energy/water sources. - Tweaked Advanced Rocket tutorial to refer to getting minerals from an Advanced Reclamation Site. - Tweaked Clear tool tutorial to say that only some types of new structures can be cleared. - Added "and Exploration" to mouse over for Transport category. - Work color is now a less saturated yellow so it is less distracting when playing. - Moving work particles are now just a small circl...
