Update 0.3 — The Backrooms: Reset Steam update #272380

* Added Level 28 "The Attic" and it's corresponding achievement. * Adjusted the spawn timers for all entities on Level 0. * Added furniture to Level 0. (Manila Room already has furniture.) * Removed a trigger on Level 0 that extended through the middle of the level that would teleport the player to a random location within Level 0. (Was used to disorientate the player.)
