Update 0.15 - New Sounds, Minor Changes & Launch Error FIX — Smash Pixel Racing Steam update #273194

*CHECK BELOW IF YOU ARE HAVING LAUNCH ISSUES* It's has been a long time since the last update and I apologize to anyone who was following along but I could not avoid taking the time away from development. The game is available in an IndieGala bundle right now so I'm hoping for some more feedback & opportunity for testing and ironing out some bugs with a larger player base. I have updated the game with new cleaner sound effects and tried to balance all of the volumes better (it was a mess before). There are also bunch of small fixes and changes that I neglected to properly log down for this patch.
