App conflicts (Razer, RGB & overlay software) • Fixed the game freezing / dropping to the background / not responding to hover when apps like Razer Central, Corsair iCUE, Logitech G HUB, or MSI Afterburner were running. You no longer need to close those apps to play. Verification • Fixed being unable to complete security on callers without an account number — callers who told you their name up front were hiding the "verify name" option. You can now always verify the name on the account until it's confirmed. • Clearer verification buttons: VERIFY · ACCOUNT # for account holders, and VERIFY · NAME / VERIFY · DOB / VERIFY · LAST PAYMENT for callers without an account number.
