Please refer to the list of updates below for more information. Fixed the issue where the DLC package(Special Package I, II) contains only 1,000 Soul Gem. Compensation: Players who have already purchased the packs are able to claim the rest of Soul Gem for each package through 'Event Tab' at in-game Cash Shop. Fixed the issue where 'Wolf Pet Box - 30Days' is obtained from 'Mount Box - 30Days' that comes with Special Package II.
