First fixes — OHV Steam update #290359

Build "18-12-2024-3-prod" will arrive in couple of minutes. FIxes: - "E" key tooltip to activate (in menus for example bed menu) - dog will bite player as intended - welding adjust collison detection fix, from now player collider will be ignored - welding moved to seperate physic layer, which means easier welding (you dont need to find small spot for weld any more, drawback is that animation can clip through object) - increase 3rd person camera distance in weld adjust mode - language detection has been fixed, it should be defaulted to English now (by mistake I ovverided that value to Polish in editor) - sideskirts in OHV car from junkyard can now be unmounted properly (if you already own OHV try to unscrew and srew all 4 bolts, save and restart the game) - rims bought at a scrapyard disappeared after being delivered home, fixed - polishing wax removed from "OHV" in car shop Information f...
