Hotpatch 0.17.18 - Selection and Interface Polish — Wanderers' Outpost Steam update #29424

Hello, Outpost Keepers! Hotpatch 0.17.18 is now available. This is a smaller update focused on polishing pawn selection, camera behavior, and several interface interactions that should make everyday play feel smoother. Pawn Selection and Camera Movement Build and order tools no longer accidentally select pawns when work areas overlap. Keyboard panning, middle-mouse dragging, and zooming now reliably clear pawn selection and disable camera follow. Camera movement can now clear pawn selection even when the original mouse event is consumed by the UI. Selected Pawn Interface Hovering anywhere on the selected pawn interface now pauses time. Moving the cursor away restores the previous game speed without overriding an existing pause. Management controls, tabs, portrait details, and expand/collapse buttons all participate in hover pause.
