Small Maintenance Update — I.T. Never Ends Steam update #3007447

I’ve completed a little routine maintenance behind the scenes. Save states are now handled through a simpler, more robust system, which should make saving and loading more reliable. If you've been unlucky enough to hit an infinte loadscreen (either on windows or deck) - this fix should take care of you once and for all. I’ve also updated a number of ticket outcomes so they properly reference the employee responsible. Apparently “User” is not an acceptable substitute for remembering your coworkers’ names.
