Version 1.0.3 — The Outbound Ghost Steam update #30218

Hi everyone! Although the game is not out yet, there are some people who have access and this post is aimed at them. V1.0.3 fixes the following: Fixed NPC north of Central Outbound that would freeze the text bubble when you talked to them in certain circumstances. Fixed cutscene issue in chapter 4 that occurs after leaving Ravenside that prevented you from moving forward in certain circumstances. Balanced of some randomization level scaling.
