1.12 BETA 2 in experimental — Arsenal of Democracy: A Hearts of Iron Game Steam update #303188

Hi everyone Progress continues on the softcoding side, where Pioniere has worked on 3 new countries including ministers, leaders, tech-teams etc. In the meantime there are also some improvements i can do in code :) This time we have 2 CTD fixed, nice speedup and bugfixes. CTD Fix: Ships retreating during naval strike could cause a endless loop, AI now doesnt load moving paratroopers into transport planes AI now doesnt use paratroopers for invasions GFX Speedup, by precalculating lightning Convoy system now is less frantic about trade convoy target port not belonging to the trade partner. causing less checks for better ports - quite a big speedup lategame.
