A feature has been added to the character page allowing items to be bestowed directly upon characters without the need to "Follow" them. Feedback regarding attribute changes after item usage has been improved, and an issue where characters remained visible in the Hall of State Affairs after death has been fixed. The mechanisms for official appointments and promotions have been optimized: officers in the Tiance and Chifeng armies can now be promoted based on merit. Outstanding local officials may also be transferred across regions to fill vacancies, thereby reducing instances of long-term high-level vacancies and the direct appointment of unqualified individuals to senior posts.
