* Phase Wheel now shows hints when hovering over phases and during PHASE LOCK * An additional hint is shown when hovering an ability outside of the current Window Of Opportunity * Added arrows to indicate that the current hand of abilities can be scrolled (only visible for mouse and keyboard) * Inactive Barricades no longer get overwritten by the previous active session (old saves unaffected) * Fixed a minor issue with controller focus during initial tutorial * Misc fixes to animation transitions
