v0.71.3 - Rich iron deposit, minor cow island changes — Havendock Steam update #31295

The rich iron deposit is the only location that allows the steel factory to be built. There was an issue that caused rich iron deposits to not appear after a previous update. If you were affected by this issue, updating to this version will spawn the rich iron deposit on your savefile. Apologies for those affected! I am also working on a mini-story for Cow island as well as possible objectives for Cow island. For now there is nothing worthy but I hope to share more details in a future post! I also changed the cow island trader appearance. He's always sunbathing on his deck chair so I figured he would be a little more tanned. :D He's also had a change of clothing. Patch not...
