Beeper's bad review made me think. I couldn't change the puzzle entirely but it was clear that I had to do something to alleviate the pain some players were in. Now there is a sound and a camera effect to ease the player's way in the first hallway puzzle. You will now have a better understanding of how the doors are working and it will not seems like a bug anymore. Thanks Beeper !
