Lingerie Night, bugfix — Brothel Tycoon Steam update #319524

Changes: bugfix: continue Lingerie Night after midnight Explanation: The engine expected both parts of the facility to be running during the event: the café and the dance club. If the café is not running, the engine gets stuck in a deadlock and does not allow the work to continue (for Topless Night, the café is mandatory, so this has remained unchanged). This has now been fixed and now the event can work with only one part of the facility (only the café for Topless Night or only the club for Lingerie Night) as well as with both parts at the same time.
