Second hotfix patch — Tribots Steam update #3213975

Here are the issues that managed to get past our big fixing effort thus far this time: we made fixes for the following: Reworked the way in which the game prevents players from looking into walls. Improved the kill cam mechanic to be more smooth. Fixed an issue where picking up an ammo crate would cause the game to crash in specific conditions. Fixed an issue where roads would make unnecessarily steep curves in mountains. If you come across bugs yourself, be sure to visit our Discord and let us know!
