Full Screen Game Start Option and Full Screen/Windowed Screen Toggle Key Added — Boot Camp Fitness Steam update #324458

* The 'W' key now toggles the screen between full screen and windowed. * A configuration to start the game in either full screen or windowed mode added to the Settings screen. (the game/app starts in windowed mode by default, as this was mostly requested by players) Focusing in on improving the UI graphics next from player feedback, with inspiration from punished_slickrat's mock up of an improved UI he put up recently in the screenshot/images section of the community hub. I will start on this today - this will be a lot of fun to do.
