Pause Button / Spacebar Glitch Fix — Boot Camp Fitness Steam update #324460

* Crafozura noticed that the spacebar and pause button on the pause menu didn't work together, as in if you paused using the spacebar, you had to use the spacebar again - they were not in sync. Now you can pause the game and un-pause using either the pause button or the spacebar in any order. LargerLake and a few players have flagged up that the pause feature is too basic, so I will overhaul and improve the pause feature to have volume control work etc. whilst paused after I get the sprite speed control update up.
