Widescreen support and shortened intro dialogues — Ruffy and the Riverside Steam update #325263

- added support for different resolutions without black bars - reduced the amount of dialgue lines for most of the intro dialogues - increased the sizes of some texts and reworked them to improve readability on Steam Deck - HEART-O-BOT doesn't sell hearts anymore when they are full - don't allow skipping some intro dialogue at the beach - fixed bug that prevented closing the game in the main menu - added another way to return from the Water Spire using ice - unlock some achievements earlier (no need to go back to the questgiver) - improved targeting during the SWAP - more minor bugfixes
