Globs 2.1 & 2.1.1 — Globs Steam update #32749

Hello everyone! This is an announcement for two updates for Globs. These updates add support for French and Simplified Chinese, introduces some redesigns for some levels in world 4, and introduces some QOL features and fixes.Why two updates? Simply because we made 2.1, released it on Android, and then... forgot to release it on Steam.
