When starting a new game, you can now choose between Marauder Mode and Bard Mode. Marauder Mode For the Challenge. Marauder Mode is the game as it has always been. You start out with four hearts and nothing else. Bard Mode For the Story. Bard Mode gives you full hearts, some Hip Flask charges, and a pile of rings to make your adventure less stressful. Achievements can still be earned in this mode as everything you receive can be obtained in the game normally otherwise. Happy adventuring!
