-reduce difficulty for the Heavy oil fish -fixed issue of phase looping despite phase completed -fixed issue of certain steam achievement given at a wrong time. -adjust some player's respawn point after fallen into water. -skipping fish intro will move camera back right away. (the camera still tween, i hope for tween to skipped but that is surprisingly hard to do.)
