Alpha 25.2 (Important update) — Curious Expedition Steam update #329370

We have some more bug fixes/improvements for Alpha 25 ready! Most importantly the performance should be considerably improved. Unfortunately this required a change to the backend which kills your player progress unless you've played Alpha 25 before. There is workaround though: go into the game folder and run the nw.exe (windows) or run_app.sh (osx/linux) in the transfer folder of your game directory. This will transfer your player progress from the older alphas and when you run the regular version of the game, you should still have your progress as usual.
