Playtest Patch 3 — Warcoven Playtest Steam update #32968

Gameplay Frost Burst now applies Ice to affected tiles. Drastically reduces the bonus chances for units to block. Units will now barely ever block unless they have more defense bonuses. Loads of bug fixes! Fixed null client updates from Apply Or Combine logic, caused by Meld statuses not updated to new bool return. Removed the use of Effect Type in skills. AI now uses defined logic to evaluate the efficiency of a skill's usage. Fixed Action buttons to properly deselect after pending action is cancelled or confirmed, no longer requiring the player to press on the button twice. Fixed the board highlighting for Area of Effect ranges. Improved Frost Burst visual effect. Added Mode view data refresh, allowing the arcade lobby view to fetch the new data if it was altered while the player was in another view (party builder).
