Patch Notes: Build 1.04 "Target Acquired" — IDUN - Frontline Survival Steam update #330385

This patch introduces a fully reworked turret targeting system that makes defenses feel more intelligent and responsive. Raids now give Energy Cycle rewards per length completed. You’ll also find key balance updates, more input flexibility (especially on Steam Deck), and fixes that polish the game across the board. Added: New turret targeting system! Target options are gained through biased sampling and chosen based on weighted values: Health – High-damage turrets aim for tankier enemies. Rotation – Fast-rotating turrets scan around for the best target; slow ones stick to what’s in front. Distance – Most turrets prefer nearby enemies, Minigun Turrets more so than artillery turrets.
