Steam Update #17! — The Sentient Steam update #337407

This weeks updates focusing on polishing up the remaining features of Alpha 5 in anticipation for the additional game features in Alpha 6. Additional content has been added for players traveling the stars as well as several AI fixes to help with response times and some graphical bugs. For ease of use a new hotkey has been added to help with switching the game speed a lot quicker.
