Patch 2026-04-18 — Shop Weapon Gating + Stability Fixes — VertalStrike Steam update #338460

Thanks everyone playing Vertal Strike! This patch fixes a few issues spotted during the launch window. Fixed Shop weapons now unlock properly. Until today, every player could equip any shop weapon even without buying it — that was our bug, not intended. Shop weapons now unlock either by coin purchase or by reaching the required player level (Level 3 for starter weapons, Level 8 for mid-tier, Level 15 for top-tier). Your default class loadout (Rifle, Pistol, Grenade, Knife) stays unchanged. Bot respawn stability. Fixed an edge case where the bot respawn queue could get stuck after certain death events. Bots now consistently return to the match. Main menu crash on some systems. Fixed a resolution-settings crash that left players on a black main menu after changing monitors or display modes.
