I don't know if .13 did anything funky to the directory that caused an issue to it, but if so this solved it. I did make a minor change to that incase and decided to keep this patch as .13 as it is a touch up to it. For concerns of black screens of loading times when starting the game, it does that when I add more variables to the save/load system. It may be like that for a good 2 minutes. If longer and refuses to actually load please let me know.
