Cities being rebuilt now show up as "rebuilding" in the city list. Greatly reduced the size of savegame files. Removed accidentally left in testing code...
Cities being rebuilt now show up as "rebuilding" in the city list. Greatly reduced the size of savegame files. Removed accidentally left in testing code that made first asteroid in space levels to come too soon.
