Patch #25 — Eldara Steam update #3446073

The Echo Exchange Update Surplus Echoes now have a new purpose within the Eternal Forge. Random Crate Exchange Players who complete all 64 Eternal Forge ranks will now unlock the Random Crate Exchange. Each random crate costs 5,000,000 Echoes. Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Void crates all have an equal 1-in-6 chance. Players can purchase 1, 3, 5, or 10 crates per transaction. Purchased crates use the normal inventory and bank routing systems. New Legendary Melee Cape The Abyssal Cape has been added to Eldara.
