Small patch to add options menu — Tentacle Manor Steam update #345167

Hello fellow gamers! I read your reviews and understood points to improve the game. As a first step, I replaced language menu of title menu to options window where you can switch language, change resolutions, switch fullscreen mode and adjust volumes. It was harder than I expected(thanks to spaghetti code, apparently) but it definitely would make the game experience better. Have any other suggestions, feel free to tell me. And enjoy Tentacle Manor!
