Update 1 — Trash Panda Steam update #345433

With build 231205.2323, the major changes were cosmetic to The Beach(es) neighbourhood. I improved the terrans a touch (fixing landscapes that were connecting smoothly), and improved the boardwalk (which I thought was a little wonky), and changed the shoreline at the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant to be more accurate to real life. I also removed three trash bins from Cabbgetown, because the were out of reach to the player - thus never allowing you to get the achievement "No Bins Standing In Cabbagetown". I tinkered with how the mouse cursor operates when menus are activated. Sometimes the mouse cursor will steal focus of a UI button even if you're not using it. I think I improved it a bit, but it's still not right.
