Timer added + misc — Wilford Steam update #346645

I've added a timer on the planet screen and the levels. Time will only count when you're playing the actual game. What happens when it reaches 0? Absolutely nothing. But it cycles between colors (green -> yellowish -> red) so that's nice. Also added some social media icons and such to the title screen.
