Fix several bugs related to disaster events. Training hero level events are not triggered when all heroes reach max level. The frequency of information prompts is reduced. Mercenary camps can now only hire units of the previous era. Increasing the types of units that can be hired in mercenary camps. New units: Mongolia rider, Swiss halberdman, Cossack cavalry.They can be recruited at mercenary camps.
