Update: The rules for cities to automatically occupy land are smarter. Cities can now automatically explore resources on occupied land. Resources from different eras do not need to repeatedly explore the land. Bug fix: Fixed a bug about the population lacked debuff. Fixed a bug about hero war supplies.
