Menu and settings redesign + more graphic options. — XXX_CYBERRAT_XXX Steam update #352165

Hello, After adding some graphic settings in the last patch I've decided to stay up a bit more and redesign the whole menu since it was getting crowded and buttons barely fit. I've also tried to fix the resolution problem. Changes list: Main Menu: There is a new HARDCORE mode being planned, but there wasn't any place for it in the main menu. In this patch, the main menu was redesigned to enable adding more gameplay options. Graphic Settings: In the last patch, there was a "Shadow Quality" graphic setting added. In this patch, I've added another two settings: reflections and global illumination. There are many other settings I could add, but after testing them ingame, changing them doesn't have any performance impact, so we'll probably stay with those three settings.
