Another small update for today — XXX_CYBERRAT_XXX Steam update #352170

Small patchnotes list: Game Wiki: added a "4+ Hitmans" section in the game wiki, explaining how only first three hitmans have fixed time to kill the player, and the fourth hitman + every next one are generated more randomly and the time until they kill you depends on how complex they generate. Blogs: when visiting the first hackable blog, the player now receives a one time hint saying "I bet there is something hidden in here". This is to help players realize you can hover over a sentence there and get EXP + ETH for hacking the blog. Desktop Help Notes: deleted the "blogs" help note because it is no longer necessary (look change above). The help notes now form a nice square.
