🛠️ Patch 0.13.1 — Character Loading, Offline Progress & Tower Fixes — Vespera Steam update #3567763

🔸 Selecting a character now reliably loads the chosen hero instead of showing a blank screen or opening a previously played character. 🔸 Characters with pending offline combat victories now enter correctly even when rewards include Common gear or equipment protected by a minimum rarity. All earned loot and progression are preserved. 🔸 Continue on the Welcome Back report now always closes the report and resumes the game after applying all offline loot and progression. 🔸 Deep Start now uses only legitimately unlocked Waystones as its starting checkpoint, preventing repeated floor skips by chaining newly reached floors. 🔸 Broken Waystones now records the newest legitimately earned Waystone before applying its every-second-checkpoint penalty.
