Changed Pigformation end date to March 11. Fixed star desyncs in Co-op caused by summons defeating enemies. Mio and Mio (Festive) no longer count toward event progress if the user doesn't have them. Fixed Bourbon not reviving at full HP from Extend. Fixed crash when playing with a Nintendo Switch controller plugged in via USB. Fixed secondary hyper showing up first when hovering over player portraits. Removed invisible item from the shop. Enabled Cow Kigurumi drops at the end of a game (same rules as sunglasses drops). Hovering over the pig heart in the main menu will now display completion %. Fixed crash when KO'ing an additional unit after the removal of an additional unit that was added to the board prior to the one being KO'd.
