Added a full set of audio and video options to settings. Sound settings can also be changed from the pause screen. Pausing in offline versus now works by holding start instead of tapping it, to avoid unintentional pauses in heated matches. Set the aspect ratio of the game to 16:9 on all displays, to fix the game view being cropped on ultrawide monitors.
