Added the full settings menu to the pause screen. In-game settings now save properly. Controller button rebinds are greyed out unless a controller is connected. Fixed the camera animation breaking in the settings menu. Fixed some issues in Challenge 15. Main Game best times now sync correctly with leaderboards and profiles.
