Edited the description for the lucky Altar, to clarify that it also works with coins. Added the controls for area selection to the Controls screen. Made it easier to click on the balls. Fixed items obtained from the Vending Machine not being recorded in the Collection (items already obtained will be automatically recorded when the game is next loaded). Fixed the Rainbow storage crate not working with Altars, the Cauldron and the Duplication Bag. Fixed the Rainbow storage crate not matching the size of its current delivery station.
