10/5/2017 patch notes. — The Painscreek Killings Steam update #370577

Here a list of things that were patched/implemented: 1. A few typos found in some diaries. 2. A bug that some players encountered with doors that are locked from the other side. 3. Depth-of-field is now disabled with a new install. For existing players, you can disable it in the options menu if you prefer not to have the 'blurry' effect. 4. Bloom can now be toggled on or off in the options menu. 5. Added 2560 x 1440 resolution. Note: We are still in the process of optimizing the game and unfortunately, will take awhile. We did remove unused and hidden assets which, when tested on our slower computer, led to improved loading time between the game’s heavier scenes, and slightly better frame rate for the Hospital. We cannot guarantee these improvements for everyone, but for those who do, we hope it presents you with a better gaming experience.
