Chosen Undeads, On January 5th, Dark Souls™: Prepare to Die™ Edition will be updated to include Japanese localization and the game will become accessible in Japan. As a result, you will be able to select “Japanese” in your game properties, even if you don’t live in Japan. However, please note that due to technical restrictions, if you were to choose “Japanese” as your ingame language, all mods currently added to your game will be disabled as they will not be compatible when the update is live.
