Major content update for Rocket Man X — Rocket Man X Steam update #3733167

Here is the list of additions to Rocket Man X in the major content update. Added new game+ and new game++. These are accessed by clicking new game in the title screen, before selecting a difficulty, after beating the game once. New game+ saves all armor, hearts, energy tanks, money, and purchased items, while simply resetting what levels have been beaten. This only works with the most recent save. Using new game+ after a randomizer is untested. While the hope is that it will work properly, there is a chance it will break the game and make it unbeatable. New game++ does the same as new game+, but also saves your weapons. Added a randomizer. Settings and randomization are done in the title screen, and can only be accessed after beating the game at least once.
