Added option to toggle between full screen and windowed video modes. Fixed audio issue that could occur when transitioning to a new song. Made intro cinema music fade when transitioning to the gameplay state. Fixed aspect ratio constraints not working properly for some window sizes. Added loading icon to startup screen.
