Bug Fixes and Frame update — Stream Arenas Steam update #378388

This build is just bug Fixes and Polish. Did an overhaul on the Frames / Icon system. You'll see these updates on the Lobby, End Game, and Tournament end screens. This just ensures that the Icons fit in the frames. There's still some cleanup that needs to be done on Frames with negative space that makes them look smaller than other frames. - Fixed an issue where Display name wasn't being set for new users, so their name would be blank on the leaderboards - Removed the Manual Tournaments from the tournament page, until we get an API from POQ - there's a link to the page there for the time being. - Spelling and Grammar fixes throughout the build - Fixed an issue that if you hit the settings -> Play in the main menu that you'd get stuck - Updates to the Tournament End-Game Scene Balance - Increased Reginald's base damage attack - Slightly increased Bina's health.
